"VERY pleasantly surprised! Will be back!!"

A review of Kwik-Fit by Sue written on Monday 22nd of August 2016

Heard some bad things about the Kwik Fit brand but needed some work doing on my car and they were the closest place after searching online. I went to the Outer Circle branch in Lincoln and was dealt with by a young gentleman called Mark.

He was fantastic, he could see I was very apprehensive as an older lady and he really reassured me that my car would be looked after, he spoke me through everything and explained the stages the car was going through - he even made me a cup of tea. The garage was really really busy so I appreciated the time he gave me after seeing I was quite nervous about being there.

I then sat in their nice waiting area and watched the work get done to my car through the glass window - it was nice to see all the gentlemen working their in shirts.

Mark then talked me through my paperwork and what had exactly been done. He was a real credit to the company! The price was reasonable, I will definitely be back!
