I’m a visitor to Lincoln. I took in my iPad with a cracked screen to be changed. The very pleasant gentleman pointed out that it was only the screen cover that was cracked, ordered me a new one, changed it and charged me £12.00. He could easily have changed the cover sheet and then charged me for a full screen replacement, and I would have been none the wiser, so very impressed with, and grateful for, his honesty.
