"Bassingham post office Waste off time ???"

Every time I need to use Bassingham Post Office I come a cross a problem be it I can't pay certain bills or pick a parcel up!!

The whole idea off the village post office is just that a village post office!!! I shouldn't have to travel to Lincoln or to the Forum at Hykhem to pay a bill!!! Before the post office moved into the Greens store we could almost do everything there without having to leave the village including paying the bill I need to pay. Which is Inland Revenue!!

Parcel wise when the lovely local lady ran the original post office we never had to show ID as she knew us! The bloke who runs Greens and post office is extremely rude and speaks to you as if your 5yrs old!! It's such a shame now that actually the Spar store didn't get to run such a important part off the community!!! As far as I'm concerned there's no point in having a community post office if

A. You can't use it for certain things

B. The owner isn't and doesn't get to know the local community

Has anyone else had problems!!! .
